Thanks Matt, Using the previous hnu when aim was sending you would see it sending in normal fashion, but it would send to user1,user2 instead of user1 then user2 :) Hnu = handy_net_utilities.pl Now with the new hnu - if specified as net_aim_name_send=buddy1,buddy2 we see - Logging onto AIM with name=mrhouse ... Setting im password_allow user: buddy2. 09/01/05 04:28:12 PM Rereading .menu code files. 09/01/05 04:28:13 PM Changing volume to 25 09/01/05 04:28:14 PM XC4CK: stairwell still 09/01/05 04:28:14 PM XC4CK: sensor_living still 09/01/05 04:28:14 PM X10: Incoming data=XC4CK Successfully signed onto aim Adding aim buddy buddy2 Adding aim buddy buddy1 AOL AIM Buddy mrhouse logged on. 09/01/05 04:28:32 PM IM: pgm=AOL status mrhouse is now on Setting Telephony_Interface object line 2 to ring. You still need to install Net::OSCAR yourself. I have removed the old TOC stuff. It _should_ now support ICQ although I don't have an ICQ account for MrHouse, so, if anyone does, please test it and let me know. BRUCE: Can you please replace the Net::AOLIM library with Net::OSCAR in the main distribution? I fixed the small errors. Apparently you have to wait for the connection to come up completely before adding in the buddy list. EB, for your problem in particular, it would help if you could send the code swears around the time that you are sending a message. You should see a swear like this "Sending AOL message to foo" for everyone in the list. Do you see such a line? Matt |
