[misterhouse-users] Latest RCSsTR40.pm and Fan_Control.pm

I have included the latest RCSsTR40.pm for the TR40 theromstat from RCS.
I can't remember if I have already sent this in or not.  The last 5
submissions or so were to fix a problem with vacation mode being
errantly reported.  It is finally fixed in this version ;)

I also included my latest Fan_Control.pm although I'm pretty sure nobody
uses it besides myself... if you are using it, be sure to download the
latest fan_control_daemon.pl from my web site as it has some bug fixes.
