You need to chaos what you want:
 - toolchain bitness: 32bit or 64bit
 - exceptions type: seh,sjlj,dwarf
 - threads: win32,posix


32-bit:
threads=posix
DWARF:  i686-4.8.2-release-posix-dwarf-rt_v3-rev0.7z
SJLJ:       i686-4.8.2-release-posix-sjlj-rt_v3-rev0.7z

threads=win32
DWARF:  i686-4.8.2-release-win32-dwarf-rt_v3-rev0.7z

64-bit:
