[Mingw-w64-public] GCC built using Latest MinGW64 CRT can't find some symbols in msvcrt.dll on XP

Hi,

     I update to latest MinGW64 CRT, and use it to rebuild gcc4.6 branch 
on Win7.

     When I installed the newer gcc and move it to XP OS, cc1plus can't 
find vsnprintf in msvcrt.dll.

     See the picture:



     cc1plus - Entry Point Not Found
         The procedure entry point could not be located in the dynamic 
link library msvcrt.dll
