[Ming-users] Can't use SWFBitmap()?

I've just installed the new entropy.ch build of PHP for OS X that includes
Ming, but can't seem to use it to read bitmaps. I have a one-line script:

$s = new SWFBitmap('casa.jpg');

And get this error:

Fatal error: swfbitmap(): Unrecognised file type in
/Users/endquote/Sites/random.php on line 3

I read in the manual that it does not support progressive or optimized JPGs,
but double checked that mine is not. The sample I'm using is here:

Is it my file, the entropy.ch distro, or something else?
