Jesper, Is this the answer to your problem? http://www.tex.ac.uk/cgi-bin/texfaq2html?label=newlang Edwin "Jesper Thomsen" <di...@sk...>@lists.sourceforge.net on 25/02/2003 10:21:50 Please respond to mik...@li... Sent by: mik...@li... To: <mik...@li...> cc: Subject: [MiKTeX] Hyphenation I'm writing a document in Danish with \usepackage[danish]{babel} in my preamble. When the document compiles the log file generates the following: Package babel warning: No hyphenation patterns were loaded for (babel) the language `Danish' (babel) I will use the patterns loaded for \language=0 instead. Why are hyphenation patterns not a part of the MiKTeX installation? Do I really have to download them from somewhere else?
