I am using MiKTeX on an older Windows XP machine. For the most part, everything works fine. I do have a few small problems though. If I open the MiKTex Package Manager (Admin) program, then click (TASK) > <UPDATE WIZZARD> I am presented with a "MiKTeX Problem Report" > window. The "DATA" section is blank. I then click on the "Copy Info" > button and this is the information copied: MiKTeX Problem Report Message: The update helper could not be found.
