It worked for me with TeTex on linux except that I got the error: Package ifpdf Error: Name clash, \ifpdf is already defined. quite a few times. I just skipped this one and the pdf files were produced ok. Which file did you have a problem with, there are quite a few. How did you compile the tex source. I used the script buildpapers.sh.
