[MiKTeX] atl90.dll error on installation

Hi all, 

Installing MiKTeX on a Windows XP machine, I get the following error: 

message: Permission denied: C:\MiKTeX 2.8\miktex/bin/atl90.dll 

I tried to google the web, but hte only reference to this problem I found is in 
this forum, but it seems that no one answered. Even in the maling list archive I 
didn't found any help.

Any idea?
