[MiKTeX] API error 145 when updating MikTex 2.8

Hi everyone,

I already installed MikTex 2.8 (fresh install) on my computer (Win XP SP3)
with no problem. But when I try to update it over the Internet, The update
process terminates and gives me the following error:

Windows API error 145: The directory is not empty.
Details: F:\Docume~1\nikmehr\locals~1\Temp\mk36934

Could someone help me to fix this.
