Mine was 2006/09/06 v6.75e .. I just upgraded from 2.4 to 2.5 .. the bizarre
thing is 2.5 didn't update those packages even if I told it to do so. The
update wizard keeps telling me 'there are currently no updates available'.

One other bizarre thing is that Miktex package manager says that hyperref is
not installed ??? Is there a way to tell Miktex to recognize all old, huh
2.4, installed packages so that it can update these ??

Thanks for this tip. I didn't know pslatex was obsolete as I don't have much
time to be on comp.tex. This bit was there because it was supposed to work,
giving access to PS fonts in dvi mode (I would load times sometimes in pdf
mode). I must say I don't change fonts that much so ...


For the combination of fonts it provides I think
