And, it's not even an "https" link. It's a standard phishing scam. Sent the msg source through spamcop and it reports as being hosted in China. That, in and of itself, marks it as a trap to those gullible enough to fall for it with the lure and false scent of money back from the IRS. Other tip is that why would the IRS say it owes you a refund if you're not an American citizen. That's why phishing and identity theft attempts are ballooning. The perps may not do their homework, but they know there are thousands of gullible rubes out there who will go into a greedy feeding frenzy when money is mentioned or simply fail to put two and two together and come up with the right answer that the mail is fraudulent. Speaking of which, the list seems to be falling prey to an ever growing amount of this fraud spam.
