How about? \fancyfoot[C]{} I believe that \fancyfoot[C]{\thepage} is the default layout for fancyhdr. Subject: [MiKTeX] Page numbers Dear List: This is not Miktex-specific, but I thought I'd tap the list experience. I'm trying to remove page numbers from my document but keep the page headings. All of the documentation I have found indicates that one can use \pagestyle{plain} or {empty}, to get rid of page numbers, but this also loses the heading information. So, I'm a little stumped. Can anyone offer a suggestion. Thank you The relevant section of my preamble is: \documentclass[10pt]{report} \usepackage{fancyhdr} \usepackage{lscape} \usepackage{colortbl} \usepackage[margin=0.75in]{geometry} \usepackage{color} \usepackage{ifthen} \lhead{\textit{\textcolor{blue}{\Sexpr{tmp1$sch_nameS05}}}} \rhead{\textit{\textcolor{blue}{Prepared for \Sexpr{tmp1$fnameS05} \Sexpr{tmp1$lnameS05} }}} \lfoot{\textit{\textcolor{blue}{Prepared by the American Institutes for Research}}} \pagestyle{fancy} \usepackage{C:/R/rw2010/share/texmf/MySweave} |
