[MiKTeX] sylt of bibliography references

hello,
I searched the way to  have a bibliography reference: "author (year)"; 
in internet I found a package, astron.sty, wich would be to do that, but 
the package manager don't find it (or I am not able ) and I don't know 
how I do to install manually.
