RE: [MiKTeX] Installing/using .sty macros? REVISED

The manual (...\texmf\doc\miktex\miktex.pdf the rest of the details were in
my previous posting) comes with the installation, it is not overly long, it
is clear and certainly explains these points well - I'm not a professional
typesetter either - that's why I read the manual.  Moreover, this is also in
the FAQ list accessible from the Windows start menu that MiKTeX installs.
