[mig-announce] Mig 1.3.3 released

Mig 1.3.3 has been released.  Items of interest:

* Instead of the folder icon you can use thumbnails to represent folders.
  This is a pretty neat new feature - see the $randomFolderThumbs option
  in config.php.

* Large galleries are now divided into pages (see $maxThumbColums and
  $maxThumbRows in config.php).

* More Windows-friendly path searching for template files.

* PHPWebSite support
