[Mifos-developer] Acceptance test documentation

As we continue to work on our acceptance test framework we have also
been working on some documentation about everything related to
acceptance tests.  This is very much a work in progress, but good for
all of us to keep an eye on and add to as we work on this. I recently
made some updates about writing acceptance tests:
