#374 Viewing MIME parts in buffers

I would like the ability to view many MIME parts in buffers
w/o having to save them first.

This works fine for text/plain, but sometimes things come
as application/octet-stream and other formats that
ultimately are just really text formats that can be
displayed in a buffer.

This seems like two issues:

1. An equivalent of "K a" for viewing all parts. Maybe "K V
mh-folder-toggle-mime-parts"

2. Viewing the raw content of a MIME part.

I'd like to see an implementation of #1 too.

I think "K i (mh-folder-inline-mime-part)" should meet your
needs for #2.
