I am working in a lab in University of Texas Medical Branch. Our lab is interested in rat RNA sequencing and data analysis using your TMEV program. I would like to ask if you have or know about a rat genome annotation file (RN4) and the annotation file for rat gene ontology, which are not published on the TMEV website. We would like to use these annotation files to do template matching and gene set enrichment anaylsis (GSEA) through TMEV. Could you please point us in the right direction? Thank you very much.
