Dear all
We have performed several biological replicates for each hybridization conditions.
I would like to know if there is any way to have only one column that represents all the biological replicates after clustering. For example, I have 3 biological replicates for a given condition and 4 different conditions, what gives me 12 columns after clustering. I was wondering if I could have a sort of mean that represents the replicates to have only 4 columns after clustering.
I hope someone could help me
Thanks

MeV doesn't currently have any functions for merging replicate data together. I recommend using Excel or a Perl script of some sort to take a simple average of the replicates.

Hi there,
