Could you please help us with a format of 2-color time series experiments sample annotation file format? Cy3 and Cy5 intensities are from GenePix .gpr files. We also have dye-swaps, so both 23 days/Control and Control/23 days occur in the gpr files.
Sorry if we missed this part of the documentation.
