morning Paolo,
    i haven't worked on the filter texture plugin since the last commit - as
it currently stands, it just needs to be debugged, as most of the
implementation is there.  the code is commented, but i could write a wiki
page explaining the algorithm i was trying to implement.  but i don't think
i'll be able to fix it right now...
