[Mesa3d-users] glLineWidth and glScale - Backbuffer problem

Hi,

Using mesa 5.0.1, when have a current matrix stack of scale by 2, lines doesn't scale at all ?
Is this a bug or a non-specified OpenGL specification problem ?

I've just realized the the OpenGL specification doesn't guaranty the integrity of the backbuffer
 after a Swap. 
Using Mesa I've never seen a "modifed" backbuffer after a swap, but I did see it on some 3d chips.
Does Actual (and future) Mesa does, under certain condition, change 
the backbuffer content after a Swap ? Or Will future implementations will ?
