As you probably know, printing is not a part of OpenGL.  The best you
can do is take a rendered RGB image and convert it to a printable format.

Many people use the OSMesa interface to do this.  Have you tried
demos/osdemo.c?  It should work on Windows and should give you
the general idea of what to do.
