Hi, I used Mesa 3.3 (Red Hat Linux 6.2) to write one of the (simple) example programs printed in the OpenGL Programming Book. After starting the program - this error occurs in any program I wrote in which I implemented mouse events - the mouse cursor looses its functionality. (I use the fvwm2 window manager.) I guess, the mouse gets locked by Mesa when the "glutMouseFunc(...)" is implemented? How can I free the mouse after starting the program? A second problem I have, is the following compiler error, which occurs when I use the stdlib.h: /usr/include/stdlib.h:520: warning: declaration of 'exit(int)' throws different exceptions /usr/X11R6/include/GL/glut.h:202: warning: previous declaration here How can I use GLUT and stdlib.h? Thank You in advance for any advice Lars Beuth |
