#4 Support for generation of site wide menus

It would be nice if MenuMaker could generate site wide
menus.

For windowmanagers that only read a system wide
configuration file as a fallback solution this would
really mean default menus. This is of course already
supported implicitly through the -o option, but an
option for it would be nice.

You could also support generating the menus to a file
in a way that makes it possible to include the file
in ones configuration file. I suppose not all
windowmanagers support that, but still.
