[matplotlib-devel] Patches for CTPUG / matplotlib-py3

Hello,

please consider the attached patch for the matplotlib-py3 CTPUG fork on 
github. The patch fixes several build and runtime issues/crashes. Tested 
on win-amd64-py3.2.
