On G450/G550 you must run CRTC2 in interlaced mode, you'll not get picture otherwise ;-) While G400's MAVEN contained downscaling code which converted picture down from (up to) 1280x1024 to 800x625, now it is your bussiness to program CRTC to just 625 (525) lines, interlaced, 50 (60) Hz. Only thing G450/G550 is willing to do in hardware is RGB->YCbCr conversion. And there is no way to generate VBI. Maybe you could program pixel clock as VBI clocks and output black/white pixels, but because of I do not have any other TV signal analysator besides Bt848, I never tried that. Petr Vandrovec |
