The Spanish (Latin America) translation maintained by Joaquin Montenegro and Yesenia Escobar has been updated to work with Manhattan 3.2

The Administrator's Reference for The Manhattan Virtual Classroom has been revised to reflect the new features for version 3.2

You can download a ZIP file containing the HTML version of the manual. Within the archive, the 'index.html' file yields the "one page per section" version of the manual. The file 'single_page_index.html' is the same manual in one VERY LONG web page. The file 'book.xml' is the DocBook source used to create the reference manual.... read more

Manhattan version 3.2 is now available for download.

- Biggest new feature is a new web based grades program. Also added support for the commercial GradeQuick grading software. Teachers can choose this over the old Excel-based method when they enable the Grades module.... read more

Thanks to the work of Joaquin Montenegro and Yesenia Escobar, version 1 of a complete Spanish (Latin America) language translation of Manhattan 3.1 is now available.

A SECOND RELEASE of a partial Spanish (Latin
America) translation of Manhattan 3.1 is now available. The translation
does not include a translation for any of the programs used by a Manhattan administrator. (So far, the translation covers only what is seen by teachers and students.)

Source code management tools (first CVS, then SVN) have been used for more than five years to manage Manhattan's development. These repositories have always been maintained on local servers available only within our intranet.

Yesterday, we imported our SVN source tree to a Sourceforge hosted Subversion server. This allows anyone interested to follow the development of Manhattan by 'checking out' the latest development source code.... read more
