#110 Ability to forward a reply and resend

After sending a reply to the originator we are
sometimes asked to forward the same reply to another
person (in our case it may be a distributor, for info).

Also, if for some reason the originator doesn't receive
the reply or we forget to add attachments, it is handy
to be able to resend the reply - perhaps in line with
the RFE to add 'cite last message'.
