No matter which atheros based card I try (3com, Proxim. Linksys, etc) I get "ath%d: unable to attach hardware; HAL status 13" when I plug in the card. The lights come on ... but the device (ath0) never gets created. After setting the TARGET variable to powerpc-be-eabi and editing the powerpc-be-eabi.inc file to reflect the location of gcc I was able to get the driver to compile fine. No issues with compilation. I've tried current CVS, and three snapshots from gentoo portages dated 20031213, 20040108, and 20040212. Is this a known issue? The system is a Powerbook G4 15" with the 1.25ghz processor (it's the newest series I believe) Any help is appreciated. Thanks a lot! Jeff |
