(Sorry for the cross-post, but I figured this was quite relevant to madwifi-dev, and that people there may have missed previous messages in the thread.) Well, yes and no. I was able to get things to compile by reverting to some older 2.4 functions...but I've still got the issue that trying to run madwifi alongside my Cisco VPN client causes segfaults in madwifi, which paralyze my system. In fact, at this point I don't even have the card physically in my system, since just loading the vpnclient module alongside ath_pci et al caused a segfault that didn't allow me to finish booting. If anyone has any ideas what the heck is going on with these segfaults, I'd be more than happy to test a fix, or to poke around the code looking for potential issues. I'm pretty sure I've sent an oops dump here (w/o symbols for the time being), but if there's anything else I can do to help diagnose the problem, let me know.
