I hacked up a patch to do this a while ago, and I've since mentioned it several times on this list. You can find it at: http://www.mattb.net.nz/blog/2006/10/09/per-client-vlans-with-madwifi/ I've pretty much abandoned it now, the shift to the in kernel 80211 stack gives much the same functionality and has much more chance of being maintained in the future.
