[Madwifi-users] iwlist can shows good, iwconfig no connection

We're setting up a two hop backhaul with three WRAP boards running voyage 0.2 using CM9 miniPCI cards. Installed the midpoint radio yesterday (130' up on a water tower) with each antenna aimed back to its respective endpoint. All the equipment was setup in a warehouse and tested successfully for configuration and throughput prior to the install. Except for the distances,. link1 is 4.6 mi and link 2 is 3.9 mi., nothing has changed. However, even though iwlist scan shows I'm getting -84db on link 2, iwconfig ath0 shows no link (see below). The midpoint system has both interfaces set to Master mode and both endpoints have enough signal to correctly show the MAC address and frequency, etc from iwlist scan. I am not yet running athctrl -d <distance> on the Master interfaces. Would this alone cause a failure to associate? All three WRAP boxes are essentially identical.
