[madman-discuss] bug: madman can't create mp3 tags

I'm using madman 0.93.

When editing mp3 tags, this only works if the file already has some
sort of mp3 tag. If that block is completely empty and there are no
tags at all, madman refuses to modify anything. Setting one of the
tags with an external program and then editing the rest of them in
madman works.
