[M560x-driver-support] m5602 on MSI ER710

I got livecam running, just had to do this:

Now i can send you a image( image taken usingm5602-s5k4aa) .
For some reason I can't take a snapshot using livecam capture so i just 
used ksnapshot.
The image is distorted but thereis reaction to light. Adjusting pitch 
has no effect.
