#116 lxpanel: Add additional features to pager Plug-in

Dear LXDE developers,

I miss some pager features from LBpanel and I´ll like to discuss their inclusion in LXPanel.

I´ll like to see:
showwallpaper option to - show desktop wallpaper in pager window or not.
desktopnumber - to show X number of virtual DEsktop (Is there any way to show more than two virtual Desktops)

Hi, I found that actually the Window Manager for example metacity controlled the number of virtual Desktop not lxpanel, I could use more Desktops in lxpanel.

But I steel would like to see the lbpanel feature that was lost.
