#706 LXPanel: Icon size scrolling arrows get stuck

Occasionally, in LXPanel Preferences>General the scrolling arrows to set icon size gets stuck when clicked. Icons increases non stop till panel crashes. It happens once in a while & not sure how to reproduce. It could be an on-click/on-release issue.

    More info for this bug: This bug is with Lubuntu Maverick. Note, it could be that the button is small and when on-click it scrolls and on-release, it stops. The problem might occur because one moves mouse slightly off the button after on-click and on-release action does not occur because of that.
