[Ltsp-developer] Workaround for ltspcfg 3.0 for non-english systems

If you try to run ltspcfg (version 3.0, LTSP 4.0) in a
non-english distribution the script may fail with lots
of warnings like:

"Use of uninitialized value in pattern match (m//) at
/usr/sbin/ltspcfg line 387"

This is because the tranlated output of programs like
"ifconfig" wont be properly parsed.

The trivial workaround is to run the script in the
proper language (english):

env LANG=en_US.UTF-8 ltspcfg

This worked for me in RedHat 8.0 and in Fedora Core 1
running with LANG=pt_BR.UTF-8.

I think something should be done in the ltspcfg
 script or a workaround like this should be included
in the documentation.
