Hi well i have a query regarding DNS local cache.. DNS client is implemented in the form library functions called resolver library...which basically sends the query & also accepts the response. Once the response is obtained it is supposed to cache the data (in the DNS Client itself), so that if the next query is again the previous one, it can reply from its cache.. now can i check those cache data with the help of any command (Linux) or opening any file....? actually where that cache is maintained...is it in a file or in memory location... but those resolver library files, i have seen..., donot speak about the cache..... even i dint get any nice document in net also....about this cache.... plz help me out... thanks & regards Sanjib __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
