Hey all, I noticed in the Linux.org <http://Linux.org> news section today an article= =20 about more kernel performance testing being called for. I have 10 identical= =20 machines (8 in usable configuration currently) that were just used for the= =20 Operating System Comparison Project (os...@gr... for more info), and=20 currently are doing nothing. Using 8 of the machines, with one kernel run a day, I could have all of the= =20 testing, release, and pre-release kernels from 2.4, 2.5, and 2.6 series=20 tested. If this would help out, that would sinch the deal, as its already= =20 looking like a good project for next years science fair :) Let me know any comments/concerns/ideas you may have before I get started! Thanks! Grecko --=20 .~~^~^~^~^~. ( Boy this thing ) ( is slow. ) `~u~u~u~u~' From the Desk Of: O O Danny Bowman / Grecko O O Web...@gr... o o ` . _ . ' ~0 (_|_ |(_~_| | TT/_ T"""T |
