Yes. ltp is now available in Debian/Sid (I was holding off announcing it until I saw the autobuilder results on other arches). It needs testing, unsuprisingly; I've been short of machines I can test on recently; thats going to change over the next month; all help wanted. It is split into a number of packages: ltp - the main test driver ltp-tools - PAN tools needed for ltp ltp-dev - files neeed to compile against ltp (static libs) ltp-{misc,kernel,network,disk}-test - the tests themselves, partitioned into useful sections. The tests are installed into /usr/lib/debian-test/linux/* The idea is that, while the LTP test driver can still execute them, they may also be run from debian-test, a regression test system, and hopefully vice versa - other Debian packages install their tests in there, and more tests become available to LTP. Also, as the non-Linux Debian projects progress, (hurd & FreeBSD), and Debian-with-different-kernel variants happen, some of the tests .eg the POSIX tests that are non-linux specific, can be useful to them. I've just read about posixtest.sf.net; maybe its time to join that list & see whats happening. Comments (and reports) welcome. The package is alpha/beta quality but all reports gladly received.
