Support for the Fujitsu S7020 (and possibly others -- any laptop using a PATA 'bay' with SATA main drive.

Supports warm swapping now, and slightly better debug. I took a hack at working with a dock, but it looks like the PCI bridge stuff is going to need to be handled further down. There may be a workaround, though. At any rate, try it, if you have success or failures, let me know
