[Lse-tech] hiding projects

The lse site is getting pretty crowded and some of the
file packages havent been updated for over a year. I am
not proposing deleting anything (dont think we can anyway)
but there is an option to hide packages.

I propose hiding the following packages from this page
to make the active ones easier to see.

Scheduler
Supporting Data
