Hi, There is a file in the main package called README.translate that should tell you all you need to know. If you have more questions you can always ask here on the mailinglist. Please also note that there are currently two versions of MusE in development: MusE 0.7.x which will release 0.7.2 sometime not too far of. And MusE 0.8 (or HEAD) which isn't released yet. There are quite a lot of changes that affect translations. Though I would still recommend to start translating from the 0.7.1 package. We can worry about updating the translations later.
