Hi Luis!

I still think it sounds like a big soundfont issue. When you say the
notes come in a bunch after the soundfont has loaded it might be because
unhandled events are queued in the fifo from the sequencer. That organ
will not respond either after loading a project sounds strange though...
It might very well have to do with fluidsynth itself, it has threading
issues but the MESS tries to compensate them to some extent - what
version of fluidsynth are you using?
