[Lmuse-developer] Help with git since move to muse3

Hi, I am having some trouble since the master
 directory was renamed from muse2 to muse3.

I used to be able to open a branch, say midi_engine_fixes,
 and pull from master to bring my branch up to date.

But now, I find that all the branches that were from muse2
 are no longer recognized as branches of muse3 master
 and I cannot pull anymore.

Anyone know a way out of this?
Please tell me there is a way to bring those older muse2 branches
 up to date.
