please tell me all about how this site is hosted.

Joachim seems to own the domain. But has anyone of us access to it?
Where is the muse-sequencer.org site hosted? Who has shell access/root
access to this server? Who has access over a (which?) administrative web
interface?

Do we pay for this? How much? What features does the hoster offer? What
limits do we have?
