Thanks for pointing that out. On the last fixes where I repaired the Function Dialogs, I noticed we have no 'randomizing' parameters, such as velocity or length or position. So I was going to add that. But you've raised an excellent point. Once randomization or swing would be applied to note positions and lengths for example, then editing them and moving them around would be hell, eh? So the randomizing (and possibly swing as well) would be better applied unobtrusively at say, the playback stage. Possibly with the option to actually permanently apply the result back to the notes, if so desired. Tim. |
