the Instrument/Cursor up/down keybindings don't work if the track info 
pane doesn't have focus. When the main arranger window is open this 
should work regardless of focus. Same with the space bar and possibly 
other keybindings. They should work regardless of focus.

The other thing is I think one problem related to sustain pedal is that 
I *think* Muse doesn't send an 'al controllers off' type message when 
playback stops. I have seen tracks continue in sustain 'on' mode after 
playback - because the last state of #64 was 'down'  and that state 
wasn;'t reset upon play stop by Muse.

Can one of you boffins check the code for that?
